Bedding 200×220 — the euro size for a double bed
200×220 is the size of the duvet cover, not of the bed. It fits a euro duvet and a 160×200 or 180×200 mattress: the cover hangs far enough over the sides that two people do not pull it off each other during the night. It is the size bought most often in Poland and the widest represented in our catalogue.
A 200×220 set usually holds a duvet cover, a sheet and two 50×70 pillowcases — while six- and seven-piece sets add 70×80 pillowcases or a bedspread.
Which fabric
Every fabric we carry comes in this size: satin with its silky sheen, Egyptian cotton for the most demanding, dense jacquard and damask with a raised pattern. Of the finishes, embroidery is chosen most often, and of the patterns — florals and ornaments.
Check the size first
Measure your duvet before ordering: a 200×220 cover fits a 200×200 and a 200×220 duvet. If your duvet is 160×200, a smaller set will sit better — and if the two of you sleep under separate duvets, two smaller sets beat one large one.
