Candle use instructions
Store the candle in a cool, dry and shaded place. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures, as they can melt the wax surface and weaken the intensity of the fragrance.
- First burn: trim the wick to about 5–8 mm before lighting, then let the candle burn for 2–3 hours until the wax melts evenly across the whole surface — this prevents tunnelling (the burn memory effect).
- During use: always keep the wick at about 5 mm and avoid draughts, as uneven burning shortens the candle's life. A single burn should not exceed 4 hours; for longer use, extinguish the candle every 4 hours, trim the wick and light it again.
- Extinguishing: a snuffer or a lid is the safest option; do not blow the candle out sharply, to avoid smoke and wax splashes.
